Engineers examining a circuit board together

Home/Careers

Higher. Further. Together.

We hire engineers who want to see their work leave the building — installed, powered on and doing something that matters.

Life at the Lab

Depth, not dilution

You will be hired for a discipline and expected to go deep in it — while sitting close enough to the others that you learn how your decisions land downstream.

Firmware engineers here review schematics. ML engineers care about inference power draw. Platform engineers know what the edge node in the field can actually run. That cross-visibility is the point, and it is the fastest professional development we know how to offer.

01

Real hardware

An in-house electronics bench, print floor and test rigs. Ideas get built, not just discussed.

02

Research time

Protected time for applied study, tool building and publishing internally reviewed findings.

03

Technical ownership

Named accountability for an architecture, with the authority that has to come with it.

04

Work that ships

Systems that are deployed and supported — not proofs of concept that quietly expire.

Full-time · New Delhi · AI/ML & Data

Build detection, segmentation and tracking systems that run on constrained edge hardware. You will own datasets, training pipelines and the quantised model that ends up on the device.

You bring: strong Python and PyTorch, comfort with ONNX/TensorRT deployment, and an instinct for where a model will fail in the field.

Apply

Full-time · New Delhi · IoT & Embedded

Take boards from bring-up to a signed production image: drivers, RTOS integration, comms stacks, secure boot and OTA update.

You bring: C and C++ on ARM Cortex-M, fluency with a scope and logic analyser, and the patience to read the errata sheet.

Apply

Full-time · New Delhi · Hardware & Electronics

Schematic capture through multi-layer layout, signal and power integrity, DFM review and prototype bring-up alongside the firmware team.

You bring: Altium or KiCad in production use, mixed-signal experience, and a working understanding of EMC.

Apply

Full-time · New Delhi · Cybersecurity

Run authorised assessments across web, network, cloud and embedded targets; support incident response and forensic examinations with rigorous documentation.

You bring: hands-on offensive experience, threat-modelling ability, and reporting that a client engineer can act on.

Apply

Full-time · New Delhi · Cloud & Edge

Build and run the infrastructure our systems live on — Kubernetes platforms, edge nodes and air-gapped deployments — with security and observability designed in.

You bring: hands-on Kubernetes and Terraform, solid Linux and networking, and a habit of automating anything you have to do twice.

Apply

Full-time · New Delhi · GIS & Spatial Intelligence

Build imagery ingestion and analysis pipelines at scale, and the WebGIS interfaces that make the output usable by non-specialists.

You bring: Python with GDAL/rasterio, PostGIS, and experience with optical or SAR satellite data.

Apply

Full-time · New Delhi · Simulation

Build physics-based simulators, the hardware-in-the-loop rigs that test against them, and digital twins that stay synchronised with live assets.

You bring: strong C++ or Python, MATLAB/Simulink or an equivalent, and a sound grasp of dynamics and control.

Apply

Full-time · New Delhi · Training & Education

Design and deliver hands-on cybersecurity and forensics programmes for government, enterprise and academic cohorts, drawing on live engagement experience.

You bring: practical offensive or forensic experience, the ability to explain it clearly to a room, and patience with lab environments that break at the worst moment.

Apply

6 months · New Delhi · All disciplines

Structured placements for final-year and postgraduate engineers, each attached to a live programme with a named mentor and a defined deliverable.

Hiring Process

Five steps, about two weeks

No trick puzzles and no unpaid take-homes that run for days. We look at how you think about a real problem from our own backlog.

01

Application

CV plus a short note on something you built and what you would do differently now.

02

Technical Conversation

Sixty minutes with an engineer from the discipline, walking through your work.

03

Design Exercise

A scoped, paid exercise drawn from a genuine problem, discussed live rather than graded silently.

04

Team & Offer

Meet the people you would work with, then a written offer with a clear scope of ownership.

05

Onboarding

A first-week programme assignment with a named mentor — no shadowing for a month.
