Our Story
Founded in 2017, in New Delhi
Eagle Ventures Lab was founded in 2017 by a small group of engineers and operators in New Delhi who were tired of waiting for the future to happen. We started with a simple idea: combine deep applied research with serious software and hardware engineering, and put it to work on problems that actually matter.
Eight years on, that has translated into custom AI systems for criminal investigation, surveillance and forensic platforms used by defence agencies, marketing and enterprise software products serving thousands of businesses, and diagnostic hardware shipped to electronics OEMs.
We are still small, still selective about the work we take on, and still convinced that the best technology is built by people who use it themselves.

Ship, don't demo
We measure success by what reaches production, not what looks good in a slide deck. Prototypes are stepping stones, never the deliverable.

Deep, not wide
We say no often. The areas we work in — AI, security, hardware, forensics — we work in deeply. We don't spread thin to chase trends.

Craft over volume
Small, senior teams. Tight reviews. We prefer doing fewer things to a higher standard than running parallel races we cannot win.

Field-tested
Every product we ship has lived under real load with a real customer before it gets a name. If it has not been used, it has not been built.

Secure by default
We work with sensitive systems. Security, audit trails and data hygiene are baked in from day one — not retrofitted later.

Working with the lab
From a two-week feasibility study through to multi-year programmes. What matters more than size is whether the problem is genuinely technical — we are not the right choice for routine implementation work that a generalist agency can do more cheaply.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all foreground IP created for a client engagement is assigned to the client on delivery, along with source code, design files and documentation. Our pre-existing tooling and libraries are licensed for use within the delivered system.
Yes. We regularly design for deployment without internet connectivity, including offline model inference, local-only data handling and update mechanisms that work over physical media.
We sign an NDA before technical discussion begins. Client material is compartmentalised to the assigned programme team, and we do not publish or reference client work without written permission.
We own the outcome through deployment and into steady state. Every programme ends with a documentation and training hand-over designed so your own team can operate and extend the system.
