INTRO CALL
A 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. We talk about the role, your background and what you want to build.
TECHNICAL SCREEN
A focused take-home or live session. Practical, scoped to about 4 hours — closer to real work than puzzle interviews.
TEAM LOOP
A few short conversations with future teammates — problem walkthroughs, system design, and team-fit.
OFFER
References, offer and onboarding plan. We share early what your first month will look like — no surprises.
INTERNSHIPS & FELLOWSHIPS
Final-year students and early-career researchers can join through the EV Research Fellowship — a structured 6-month JRF or 12-month SRF programme that puts you on a live project from day one.
